Chateau de Saurs Gaillac Rouge 2010
We are onto our last stocks of this excellent wine form the 2010 vintage. From an organic producer (no artificial chemicals or sprays) .
It’s a blend of Shiraz, Merlot and a unique indigenous variety called Braucol (which gives it lovely fruit and some spiciness.
We would describe this as a medium weight wine. Very versatile with a variety of foods – charcuterie, cheese, the last of the winter casseroles and the first of the spring barbecues.
