Good value Pauillac. From a great producer, from a small vineyard wedged between some of the greatest Bordeaux producers. LAST 8 BOTTLES.
The vineyard of Château Pibran is located on one of the most beautiful hills of Pauillac. This château of 17 hectares of vines is classified as Cru Bourgeois and is located between Château Mouton Rothschild and Pontet Canet, North of Pauillac. The vines here have an average of 30 years.
The wine is vinified by the team of Château Pichon Longueville.
Region/Terroir: Médoc – Pauillac
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (44%), Petit Verdot (1%).
Alcohol: 13% VOL
Wine making: Traditional vinification in stainless steel temperature controlled vats for 15 days. Ageing occurs in oak barrels for 14 months.
Soil: Gravelly.
Cellaring potential: Drinking very well now, however will develop and reward if cellaring for 10 years or more.
Our Tasting notes: This wine offers a very deep purple colour. On the nose a pure expression of fruit with notes of mint, spice and chocolate. Complex layers of fruit and tannins with delicious feel. Extremely well balanced and ideal for aging. Faboulus wine at this price.

Cru Borgeois Bordeaux at its best. We think this is wine with a WOW factor. Currently being served on Air France A380 Buisness Class. Recently out-ranked Chateau Margaux and Chateau Cheval Blanc in a blind tasting.
Limited stocks remaining of this ready to drink Bordeaux. Cheaper than a first class ticket on Air France (who also serve this wine!). Value for money cru bourgeois Medoc.
